TRADITION OF SURPRISE INSPECTION

 

To ensure high degree of alertness, a system of surprise checks has been instituted. SSF system of internal audit is directly under audit the Dy Director (Ops) and general manager (Ops) of the region who ensure prompt action for smooth functioning. Manager ops check all post of their zone at least twice in a week.

 

REGULAR & SPECIAL SUPERVISION

 

SSF takes great in having a sophisticated internal monitoring system. We have a dedicated force of field supervisor who carry out checking of all post 5 to 7 time a week including night checking supervisors render a regular report on the performance of each post.

 

ROTATION OF SECURITY GUARDS

 

To preclude the possibility of compliancy and avoid over familiarization, the guards are rotated on regular basis. However in case of specific request from the client, a guard may be permitted to continue over the stipulated time.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

• The security system will carry out duties assigned to them as per management’s instructions.

• Checking all incoming/ outgoing goods, material and vehicles.

• Controlling the movements of the visitors and un –authorized person entering I the premises.

• Handling water supply, pump house in case of housing society

• To ensure no theft or pilferage takes place

• Frisking all the employees, incoming and outgoing person.

• All police liaison
